I did my masters in computational linguistics at the University of Tübingen, Germany. I studied general and applied linguistics at Moscow State Linguistic University. I was involved in the POLCON project headed by Hanspeter Kriesi, where I work on automated extraction of politically relevant events.

Some random fun facts: I was a member of the old Daltaí na Gaeilge discussion board, and I am a drummer.
